MICHAEL ABLIN - OWNER

Michael Ablin - Owner 

Michael spent his youth growing up in the suburbs of Chicago. An excellent hockey player, Michael was a former division I hockey player for Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts. A graduate from Columbia College in '92 with a BS in Marketing, Michael headed to New York City where he began his career in construction with a focus on historic preservation. Michael's attention to detail, coupled with his extensive inside knowledge about the construction industry, is evident in the projects he has put out over the past twenty years. Michael's success is the result of his tenacious approach to proper planning and communication. It can be said that, "Good plans shape good decisions. That's why good planning helps to make elusive dreams come true."

Richard Lindsay - Owner

Richard has been involved in some form of construction continuously from an early age and has developed his skills in all aspects of building. Over the last thirty-two years, Richard has had the opportunity to experience many phases of construction. Some of his experience involves high-end residential remodeling, renovation, restoration, custom home building, and he has hands-on experience in all the trades involved. Richard spent fifteen years building schools, police stations, firehouses, and municipal buildings, as well as executing government contracts. From planning and engineering to delivering a complete turn-key product, Richard has the expertise, attention to detail, and the desire to deliver an extremely high quality product on time, every time, so that his clients’ peace of mind is ensured.

Richard grew up enjoying the Adirondack region of upstate New York, backpacking, canoeing, playing hockey, and riding motorcycles. He remains an active motor enthusiast and outdoorsman.
